Student Projects Server

In order to make use of the SCA Student Projects service you need to request an account for the unit utilising the server. Accounts are granted on a unit basis and will facilitate staff and students within the nominated unit.

If you require a SCA Student Projects server account for one of your units please complete the request form and await reply. Once your account request has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

The SCA student projects server is a dedicated 2.0GHz dual processor G5 Apple Xserve, running Mac OS X 10.4.11 Server.

This server is primarily used to host PHP/MySQL projects for students in final year projects units, along with students from specific PHP/MySQL units.
