Online Request Forms

• LabMaterials / LabSubmissions Sharepoint Request
  The "LabMaterials" and "LabSubmissions" folders are network sharepoints that are automatically mounted on every student computer in the school network. Use this form to request a folder on either the "LabMaterials", or "LabSubmissions" system.
• EA Streaming Server Account Request
  Streaming is the delivery of media, such as movies and live presentations, over a network in real time. The EA Streaming server is a resources available to staff to host their streaming media. Use this form to request either a 'project' account, 'staff-use' account or 'unit' account.
• SCA Student Projects Account Request
  In order to make use of the SCA Student Projects service you need to request an account for the unit utilising the server. Accounts are granted on a unit basis and will facilitate staff and students within the nominated unit. If you require a SCA Student Projects server account for one of your units please complete the request form and await reply. Once your account request has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please note, this request will need to be completed each semester.
• EA Sandbox Account Request
  The EA Sandbox server is a service offered to staff within the Faculty of Education of Arts who require online file space for either individual or project needs.In order to make use of the EA Sandbox service you need to request an account. Once your account request has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.
