Student Projects Server: Account Request

Please use the form below to submit your request for access to the SCA Student Projects Server for a given unit for the current semester.

You will need to complete one of these forms for each unit you require an account for.

Please ensure you read the "How To Guide", and maintain backups of the material.

Your email:	(EG: j.smith@mymail.com) This must be a valid email address, so we can contact you when you request has been actioned.
Your staff number:	(EG: 555743)
Your login:	(EG: jsmith)

Unit code:	(EG: ABC1000)
Staff Accounts:	If in addition to student accounts you require accounts for yourself and/or tutors, please include their name, login ID and ecu staff number in the space above.

Do You Require MySQL:	(would you also like MySQL accounts for each FTP account created?)

Account Type:	Individual (each enroled student for this unit gets their own account.) Group Based (accounts are created based on groups, one account per group of students.)
Group Membership:	disabled - Only applicable for 'Group Based' accounts. Please list name and student number for each student.

I have read and agree to operate within the guidleness defined by the ECU Computing Facilities - Conditions of Use document. I understand that no provision has been made for backup, I will therefore be responsible for informing the students within my unit that they are responcible for their own backup of all content they store on the SCA student projects server.
